HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

  • Click ADD TO CART to place the items you want into the shopping cart
  • return to the cart by clicking the link at the bottom of the page
  • click CHECKOUT when you are finished shopping.
  • add any special instructions for your order, then complete the CHECKOUT

PAYMENT:

Acceptable forms of payment are:

Paypal — which will allow you to pay with a credit card as the source of the money.

Cashier’s Checks (also known as Bank Checks) — can be processed immediately.

Federal Funds Wire Transfer— can be processed immediately.

Personal Checks must be drawn on US banks.— 0rders will not be processed until the checks have cleared the bank and payment is received.  Please allow for this slight delay in your calculations.

For International shipments, International Money Orders will be accepted.

NOTE: Oklahoma residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC:    Our standard operation within the US is to ship by Federal Express Ground or Priority Mail from the United States Postal Service.   Air service can be arranged but will be an additional charge.  Please let us know if that service is required.

INTERNATIONAL:     For international shipments we have found Global Priority and Express Mail services available from the USPS to be both reliable and reasonably priced. 

IF A SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED Despite our best precautions, accidents can happen.  If a shipment arrives in damaged condition, follow these procedures so we can promptly replace your items:

FEDEX—if your carrier was FedEx, save all packing materials and call 1-800-GOFEDEX immediately for instructions.  They will pick up the damaged package and return it to us at no charge to you, so we can then replace it.

POST OFFICE—if your damaged shipment was delivered by the Post Office, please save all the packing materials and contact us as soon as possible.  We will assist you with return and replacement.
